În ziua de 28.06.2013 în centrul raionul administrativ Hliboca, regiunea Cernăuţi, Ucraina, au fost marcate Ziua Constituţiei Ucrainei, cea de a 575-a aniversare de la prima atestare documentară a localității, precum şi Ziua tineretului, zi marcată prin înmânarea diplomelor de absolvire celor 200 de absolvenţi ai liceului profesional din localitate.
